Best Kept Community Village 2019
As a focal point for bees and other pollinators, we had a Bee and Other Pollinators (B.O.P.) event in April which was an amazing success with local schools involved along with bee keepers and other interested parties. At the event we had a pop up café in the village hall selling honey based food, bee keepers with displays and advice, along with displays from Transition Holywell, Llanasa Rainbows and Brownies, Llanasa Church, Louise Schrempft Ceramics, North Wales Wildlife Trust, local plant growers and many other contributors.

Laanasa Bee Festival (2022)
The 2022 Llanasa Bee Festival was held on Saturday, May 14th at the Llanasa Village Hall where the lovely weather brought hundreds of people out to visit. At the Festival, there were fabulous displays from local schools, beekeepers and other organisations along with some excellent trade stands, a raffle with great prizes (kindly donated) and games.
The Cambria Band were in attendance and the Honeypot Cafe served tea, coffee and home made cakes.
Many thanks to all who came along and of course everybody who helped to make the Festival an outstanding success.
